The short version
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to send it back - for any reason, without explanation. We refund your return shipping.

Before you send it back
Pieces come back with tags attached and in their original packaging. 

How it works
Write to hi@bikinibossa.com with your order number. We'll confirm your return.

Exchanges
Tell us the size you want. If it's in stock, we hold it while your return is on its way. Our batches are small, so this is the fastest way not to miss out.

Refunds
Once your return arrives we check it and let you know. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days, together with your return shipping costs. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.

Damaged or wrong item
Check your order when it arrives. If something is defective or not what you ordered, write to us straight away at hi@bikinibossa.com. We'll make it right, and it won't cost you anything.

Shipping
Orders leave our warehouse in Spain within 2-5 business days. Free shipping across Europe over €100. Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as the parcel is packed - if it hasn't come within 72 hours, check your spam folder, then write to us.
